Refund policy

Custom Orders, and Underwear are NOT available for exchange or refund.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. (lkstylish22@gmail.com) Please quote your order number.

You may then return it to us within 14 days of purchase to receive a refund. You will not receive a refund for the shipping charges. Once the item(s) has been returned, unused and in its original condition, you will then be contacted and a refund will be issued. The customer is responsible for the full cost of return shipping.  Please ensure adequate packaging so that the product is not damaged in transit.

If, however we have made an error with your order, we will be happy to cover the costs to correct your order. We strive to make your shopping experience as wonderful as possible.
